Effective 1 July, Hrvoje Stakor has been appointed Sales Director of Coca-Cola HBC Adria. He takes on the role following a successful tenure as Sales Director in Romania, returning to Croatia after several years in international leadership positions.
Hrvoje Stakor began his career with Coca-Cola HBC 23 years ago as a sales representative in Croatia. Through continuous professional development and extensive commercial experience, he has held a number of senior leadership roles across the business, including Sales Director for the Adria Business Unit, a position he first assumed in 2018. In 2021, he was appointed Sales Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia Business Unit, before taking on the role of Sales Director in Romania in 2023.

During his tenure in Romania, Stakor delivered significant results across several strategic areas. He strengthened the engagement of the sales organisation, enhanced customer experience, and further developed relationships with key customers. Alongside consistently improving customer satisfaction metrics, he also led initiatives focused on sustainable market share growth and strengthening the company's presence across key sales channels.
His predecessor, Jakša Maganić, will continue his career in Italy, where he has been appointed Sales Director for the Out-of-Home channel at Coca-Cola HBC Italy.
