More than half of young people aged 16 to 34 in Croatia are using artificial intelligence and generative tools, with a significant number already applying them for business purposes.* To help them gain valuable knowledge on this topic and turn it into a career advantage, Coca-Cola HBC Adria has decided to relaunch and refresh its long-standing educational program, Coca-Cola Youth Empowered (Coca-Colina podrška mladima), which is available completely free of charge on the Leap Academy platform.

The program currently consists of four modules and provides participants with essential knowledge and skills in the world of digital marketing, helps them in launching their own businesses, and offers effective strategies for stress management. A special new feature of this year's edition is the module AI on Your Side – Tools for the Career of the Future, in which Filip Macukić, a young entrepreneur and an expert in artificial intelligence, introduces participants to the possibilities of applying AI in learning and career development.

"With Coca-Cola Youth Empowered, we strive to provide young people with the knowledge that will help them confidently enter the job market or make a turning point in their careers. Over the past seven editions, almost 8,000 people have taken part in the program and acquired skills that help them in their professional development. We continuously improve the program and adapt it to new trends, and this year's focus on artificial intelligence is a natural response to the changes shaping the future of work and the business world," said Aleksandra Todorović, Customer and Community Partnership Manager at Coca-Cola HBC Adria.

Anyone interested can start the program now and receive a certificate of successful completion afterward. All that is required is to register on the platform, sign up for Coca-Cola Youth Empowered Croatia 2026, and dive into a world of practical knowledge. The program does not need to be completed in one sitting; it can be adjusted to one’s own pace. Starting this autumn, the program will be further upgraded with a new module on personal finance, with the aim of empowering financial literacy and developing healthy financial habits among young people.
