After successful negotiations between the trade unions operating within Coca-Cola HBC Croatia and company management, a new Collective Bargaining Agreement was signed early this year and will remain in effect until 31 May 2025. The new Agreement provides for increased annual leave and meal benefits and higher Christmas bonus, which will further help develop our inclusive growth culture focused on empowering employees to make decisions.
The new Collective Bargaining Agreement was signed by Ivan Majdak and Serđo Popović on behalf of the Republican Trade Union, Sanda Marelić, as a delegate for the Agriculture, Food & Tobacco and Water Management Trade Union, and Dora Strezova-Nikolova, CEO of Coca-Cola HBC Adria.
