Dora Strezova-Nikolova appointed new CEO of Coca-Cola HBC Adria

In early February, Dora Strezova-Nikolova became the new CEO of Coca-Cola HBC Adria, headquartered in Zagreb. Her responsibilities in this position will include managing the company’s operations in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia. Ruža Tomić Fontana, who successfully led the Adria companies for more than five years, will continue to pursue her career within Coca-Cola HBC Group as CEO of a division encompassing companies in Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Before her new position in Coca-Cola HBC, Dora Strezova-Nikolova was CEO at The Coca-Cola Company in Bulgaria as of May 2021. Prior to joining Coca-Cola, she worked as a consultant and incentive management expert in Bulgaria and Austria for four years and was also director of her own startup. Before that, she had spent 18 years working for Danone Group in numerous countries with various responsibilities, including Sales & Marketing at Danone Bulgaria and Marketing Director in Romania, Adriatic countries and Russia. Dora Strezova-Nikolova’s most recent function was CEO for Bulgaria, Greece and Cyprus.
